3. CONDUCT

a) You agree not to use TRIResults.com service in the way that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive or invasive of another's privacy.
b) You agree to provide only your personal email, phone number and/or IM ID for TRIResults.com services. Using somebody else's information is considered unlawful, abusive and invasive of another's privacy and is a subject of immediate termination of one's account.

4. LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE

You acknowledge that TRIResults.com may introduce limits concerning use of the Service including the maximum API requests received. You acknowledge that TRIResults may introduce a paid-for API service in the future. You agree that TRIResults.com has no responsibility or liability for the service in any way.

5. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

You agree that TRIResults.com service is for personal use only. You agree that TRIResults.com has the right to deactivate your account at any time and without notice.

6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

You agree that TRIResults.com has the right to terminate and delete your account at any time and without notice. You agree that TRIResults.com can block your email, phone number, IM ID or IP at any time and without notice.
